Both. We supply Makhana to buyers across India as well as exporting internationally. Domestic orders ship with a GST invoice and no Incoterms or export paperwork needed; export orders get full customs documentation.

What is the minimum order quantity? +
Minimum order is 50 kg per grade. For private label / custom packaging, MOQ is 200 kg. There is no upper limit. We handle containerised shipments for large importers.

We quote on FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and EXW (Ex Works) basis, whichever works best for your logistics team.

Every shipment includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, FSSAI License copy, APEDA certificate. Additional documents (Organic certificate, HACCP, etc.) available on request.
What are the payment terms? +
100% advance payment. Domestic orders: UPI, NEFT, or RTGS. Export orders: bank wire transfer (SWIFT/TT). After completing 3 orders with us, we discuss credit terms for established buyers. We issue an invoice (or Proforma Invoice for export) before payment.
How long from order to shipment? +
Orders are typically ready for shipping in 10–14 business days from payment confirmation. This includes grading, moisture testing, fumigation, and documentation preparation.

Yes. Our makhana is sourced from the Mithila region of Bihar, the only GI-tagged makhana in the world. We can provide GI documentation on request.
