Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Enrover Solutions Private Limited ("Enrover", "we", "us") collects when you use enrover.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Who we are

What we collect

Details you give us. When you ask for a quotation, fill in a website brief or contact us, we collect what you type in, such as:

• your name, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and email address;
• the plan or services you picked, and the answers in your quotation or brief (for example your business details, content, budget and timeline).

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we record:

• which pages you view, and actions such as opening a quotation or tapping a WhatsApp button;
• a random visitor ID stored in your browser (see "Cookies and local storage" below), so we can count unique visitors;
• your approximate country and city, and your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), as reported by our hosting provider;
• the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters).

We do not store your IP address. We keep only a one-way scrambled version of it that changes every day, which we use to limit abuse and spam.

How we use it

• to prepare and send your quotation, and to follow up about it;
• to plan, design and build the project you asked about;
• to issue invoices and keep business records we are required to keep;
• to understand how people use the site so we can improve it;
• to protect the site against spam, fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as far as they need it:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and its database, and provides Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that helps tell real visitors from automated spam when you submit your details. Turnstile may process information about your browser and device for this purpose; see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
• Google Fonts delivers the fonts on the site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
• WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there. Anything you send on WhatsApp is also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies. The site stores a few small items in your browser:

• a random visitor ID and a session ID, used to count visits;
• the first campaign tags and referring website we saw, so we know how you found us;
• your answers on a website brief, so you don't lose it if you reload the page.

You can clear these at any time from your browser settings. The site will keep working.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project details for as long as we need them to respond to you and deliver our services, and invoices and related records for as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Visit statistics are kept in a form that does not identify you by name. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Security

Information travels to us over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and our records can be opened only by authorised Enrover staff through a password-protected area. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, unless we have to keep it by law;
• stop contacting you.

To make a request or raise a concern, email sales@enrover.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will reply as soon as we can, and in any case within 30 days.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
